This page is maintained by Grey Street Applicators to set out the rules and expectations for using Stacker's Ruin. It is app-owned editable content and is not an independent legal certification.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Stacker's Ruin, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Grey Street Applicators grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stacker's Ruin for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app or its content without our permission.
In-app purchases
Stacker's Ruin is a one-time purchase app. Once purchased, the full game is unlocked. Purchases are processed by the platform app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
User conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the app's operation or security, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems.
Intellectual property
Stacker's Ruin and all related content, including graphics, sounds, code, and gameplay, are owned by Grey Street Applicators or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Grey Street Applicators does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Street Applicators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
